Rates & Fees
Fees: My fees are $150.00 for individual psychotherapy and $175.00 for couples and family therapy.
Session Duration: Unless otherwise agreed, the session is 50 minutes in length. Arrangements are made dependent on your individual circumstances and clinical needs in scheduling future appointments.
Insurance Reimbursement: I currently do not participate with any insurance providers. It is possible that my services may be covered by your insurance company on a reimbursement basis – it depends on the specifics of your plan. Many insurance companies reimburse for services from “out of network” providers. At your session, I will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. However, you (not your insurance company) are responsible for full payment of fees at the time of your visit. It is very important that you find out exactly what mental health services your insurance policy covers.
Missed or Canceled Appointments: No-show or canceled appointments will incur the full charge of the session unless a 24 hour notice is given. Exceptions are unforeseen emergencies that could not have been anticipated such as personal or family illness or other circumstances. Please call and let me know as soon as possible if you will not be able to come to your appointment. You may leave a voice mail message at 610-925-3277 which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
General Availability and Telephone Calls: I am available in the office for appointments and telephone calls on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 10:00AM until about 8:00PM. A message can be left on my voicemail at any time. Please remember to leave your telephone number(s), including cell number. If your call is not returned within 24 hours, please call again. Errors can occur in telephone numbers or voicemail clarity. My secretary Karen is in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11:00am until 2:00pm. If you wish to speak with Karen to schedule an appointment, or leave a message directly with her, please call at those times.
